Derrick started in the Silicon Valley construction field when he was 17yrs old . He worked his way up through the field into being the operations manager for another mechanical and general contractor in the Bay Area . He went out on his own and started High 5 Builders in 2017. Derrick takes pride in his company and employees and on each and every project that gets designed and constructed by High 5 Builders.

Jenna High

Jenna has many responsibilities in her role with High 5 Builders. She manages the finances and coordinates the office staff and the field. She acts as a positive person of knowledge and support to the employees. She communicates honestly and effectively with both new and continuing clients. She is a large part of High 5 Builders success.

Cabe Jones

Cabe comes from Pendleton, OR and brings a lot of business experience with him.  For over 18 years, Cabe has been in the PGA and oversaw a couple of the higher end golf courses in Northern California. He managed over 80 employees and made sure things were spot on, while also maintaining that everything ran under budget.  He is very excited about this new opportunity and challenge to be able to bring his experience, dedication and leadership skills to High 5.  He is looking forward to assisting with growing the company and expanding his skills.  Today, Cabe lives in Livermore with his wife Caroline and 3 kids, Mackenzie, Tyler and Chelsea.

Cody Nails

Cody is a dedicated employee who has helped High 5 Builders grow into one of the leading construction companies in the Bay Area. He is responsible for the scheduling and managing of all High 5 projects. Cody is a certified welder and a skilled craftsmen. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to the team.

Bookkeeper

Valerie Greene

Valerie’s main responsibility is High 5’s general ledger. She is extremely organized and her attention to detail is key in recording all the company’s transactions. Valerie is dedicated to performing her duties with precision and enthusiasm, making her an essential High 5 employee.

Taylor Greene

Taylor has over 15 years of experience in construction management and accounting. He is an invaluable asset to the company, offering insights and suggestions that help High 5 Builders continue to offer quality service. Taylor and Valerie work closely together to ensure client satisfaction.

Hector Vazquez

Héctor is a seasoned, experienced mechanic who has been in the trade here in the Silicon Valley for decades. He has been with the company since the early stages. He is skilled and knowledgable in all areas of our operations, developing into an important foreman management role.

Kelsie is a major part of the High 5 team. She works daily with our mechanics to ensure all projects are successfully completed within deadlines. From inspection scheduling to project management, Kelsie helps in all aspects of company operations.
